Optimal Physical Function (CoreFit-uk) is a Sports Therapy Clinic that specializes in all aspects of  sports and fitness rehabilitation.

The clinic is based at Smithbrook kilns, in Cranleigh on the A281, conveniently situated for both Guildford and Horsham.

The clinic is run by a very experienced Sports therapist who has worked across the board in many sports including golf, rugby, running, soccer, American Football and triathletes to name but a few.

Patients from a non-sporting background are also very welcome, and the clinic doors are open to all manner of injuries or dysfunctions.

All patients are assessed individually for both injury and/or biomechanical dysfunction, before the right treatment plan is devised. This can range from electrotherapy, taping, massage and joint mobilization to full exercise rehabilitation training programmes, depending on which course of action will achieve the most optimal results.
